What Is the Quickest Way to Get In Contact With You?

Although we try our very best to answer Instagram and FaceBook DMs as quickly as possible, these messages can easily get misplaced.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Ship?

All cozies in my shop are ready to ship, unless otherwise stated. Your order will ship within 1-3 business days. If it is a custom item, this can take 1-3 weeks depending on size of order, etc, but please contact me ahead of time so I can ensure your package arrives for any upcoming trips you have planned.

All tshirts and accessories in our made-to-order section are made and shipped from our manufacturer, and will have an approximate two week lead time to produce and arrive to your doorstep.

I ship via USPS. All "standard" USPS shipping takes typically 5-7 business days. Rush shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. Please contact me before placing your order if you needed an order rushed, as I can ship via UPS overnight, for an extra fee. 

 

Do I Pay Two Separate Shipping Fees for Made-to-Order and Stock Items In the Same Order?

No. You will only pay one shipping fee. However, if you have multiple items in your order including ready-to-ship stock items (cozies) and Made-to-Order custom items (tshirts, accessories, etc), these items ship individually, so if you ordered more than one, you will be receiving separate packages.

Turnaround times vary and will be noted in the description section of each item. I am unable to rush Made-to-Order items as they are not being shipped directly from me. Once your product ships, you will receive a shipping notification. Because my manufacturer has power to mark your product as shipped, it automatically marks your entire order as complete even though you did not receive your complete order yet. I apologize for this confusion. Once we ship the remaining items from your order, coming directly from our shop, you will receive a separate shipping notification from our end. Rest assured, you will be receiving all of your items! Please do not hesitate if you have any questions or concerns. We answer all emails within 24-48 hours.

 

How Can I Place a Bulk Order of Cozies?

For all custom/bulk order inquires please send me a DM via Instagram or an email at impossible.dreams.co@gmail.com. Bulk orders will receive discounted shipping and a discount. 

 

Can My Order Be Canceled?

Order cancellation is allowed only before your order has been processed and shipped. Once you receive a shipping confirmation, it is no longer able to be refunded. 

 

Return Policy:

Once items have been delivered to you, we are unable to accept returns as each item is custom and made-to-order. We do not accept returns for sizing issues, please carefully review the sizing chart before placing an order. We can review each issue on a case-by-case basis if you are requesting a return due to a product quality issue. Please contact us via email and we can review any issues further.
